Tesoro by D:Sol MMXVI

The D:SOL perfumes are a celebration of sunshine and the happiness that accompanies it. They’re stories set in Mediterranean landscapes with endless blue skies, playful coastal breezes, warm water lapping at your ankles and grains of sand tickling between your toes as it waltzes back and forth in the gentle waves.

Tesoro is an homage to Mallorca’s Sóller Valley and its rich history of citrus cultivation, which dates all the way back to the 11th century. Because of the thousands of orange trees, it’s nicknamed the “Valley of Oranges”, and, because of their importance to the economy, it’s also nicknamed the “Valley of Gold”.

Those two concepts run parallel to one another in Tesoro. The “Valley of Oranges” is a more literal interpretation with Tesoro’s abundant display of citrus scents in its top notes. Smelling them is almost a three dimensional experience; round, radiant and mouth-watering.

But what sets Tesoro apart from other citrus fragrances is its “Valley of Gold”. Jasmine, vetiver and a twist of leather combine to create a sensual, amber glow; sophisticated and sunkissed. Tesoro is easy-wearing elegance.
